Terrible service and unfriendly staff. I will never go back. Brought my car in for a recall and they made my car worse. My Car smelled like gasoline and got my family sick from the gasoline fumes inside back. Brought my car in for a recall and they made my car worse. My Car smelled like gasoline and got my family sick from the gasoline fumes inside the car. When I called to ask for assistance nobody was helpful. In fact one advisor called back and left a voicemail saying it was natural and there was no need to come back. When I finally got through to to a live person they said to bring car back but refused to give loaner. A manager finally agreed to give me a loaner. It’s a good thing they did because it turns out they broke the fuel line which filled cabin full of gasoline fumes. The Rental car lady was rude and was in a very bad mood when she met me at her desk. The rental car was dirty and had trash in it from previous people. When I finally got my car back I had issues with the cashier. she was busy texting and didn’t acknowledge me for a couple minutes before realizing she had a customer. Then when I finally got my car it smelled musty and it was clear they left my windows down during a monsoon because the inside was filthy. Every surface was covered in dirt. They also left grease smudges on the inside of the door and their trash in my car as well. All and all the worst experience ever. I was considering trading my RAV4 in for a new car and was contacted by Kort Iserman who was going to look at my car and make me an offer. They had my car for a week and he never followed up. Needless to say I will look elsewhere. More

Took my Toyota Corolla into service @ ANTS of Tempe for an airbag recall. When I got home I noticed my brand new sun visor I purchased at Costco had black grease on it. I tried to clean it but it did didn’ an airbag recall. When I got home I noticed my brand new sun visor I purchased at Costco had black grease on it. I tried to clean it but it did didn’t come clean. Then I noticed that the center console between the driver & passenger seat was not installed correctly. I had to finish the install. Then I noticed black grease on the passenger door handle and the door itself. I guess a courtesy car wash would have covered up the mechanic’s sloppiness but the car wash machine has been broken since March per the SA. Who allows there equipment to be disabled for so many months? I was extremely disappointed with AutoNation Toyota Tempe service. More

Hate to rain on anyone’s parade but I feel that my car buying experience was one of nightmares that you only hear of: 1) purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander and wanted to finance it. Was told the intere buying experience was one of nightmares that you only hear of: 1) purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander and wanted to finance it. Was told the interest rate would be over 5%. My credit score is over 800 so I thought that was gouging! I finally got it down to 2.54% but only after several back and forth discussions. 2) during the negations I asked for the tint charge to be removed ($500.00) as I was having a darker tint done elsewhere. That’s was the only reduction that I asked for from their advertised price of $41,500. The salesperson would not budge so I left only to have a call back by the finance manager saying he was not married to the tint and he would sell it to me with that $500 reduction. Since already on my way home and agreeing to the reduction of $500 I asked for the car to be delivered to my home. 3) now comes the best part. The salesperson delivers the car with a folder of paperwork to sign. After signing everything he left without giving me a copy of anything. No receipt, no copy of finance agreement nothing. So here I am 2 weeks after the delivery and putting over 2,000 miles on it and I still don’t have a single piece of documentation saying I bought a car, how much it was, no copy of tax tittle license etc. I’m sure someone could put the blame on me for not insisting receiving copies before signing anything but I thought a reputable dealer would not put a customer like me through this type of disjointed transaction. Lesson learned but buyer beware. Don’t assume even a big name dealership with the Toyota name on it is going to take care of the customer properly. I thought these types of dealerships were from the old school but shame on me for assuming it would be handled properly. More
Couldn’t be happier with our experience at Auto Nation Toyota. We picked our truck online and it turns out it was still being built. We had to wait a month for it to arrive. Ricky stayed in touch with me Toyota. We picked our truck online and it turns out it was still being built. We had to wait a month for it to arrive. Ricky stayed in touch with me to give me updates on when it would arrive. It came in early and as soon as it was here, he let us know. I never had to reach out and never felt put on the back burner. When we arrived, it was a quick easy process. Nicole did the financial paperwork and she was awesome! Upbeat, pleasant, helpful, organized and quick! Would definitely go back. More
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Bought a $10K used vehicle. SURPRISE! $6K of repairs needed...or so we thought. Once we notified the dealer of the issues they told us that we didn't have a warranty and car was sold "A $6K of repairs needed...or so we thought. Once we notified the dealer of the issues they told us that we didn't have a warranty and car was sold "AS IS"....luckily we had the 90 day warranty document that they somehow didn't have. $4k covered under warranty and $2K we paid. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time under the warranty period to fully vet some oil related issues, and have now learned that the engine needs a rebuild for $5K to $6K or new engine at $10K to $12K. They are not willing to just take the car back or extend the warranty. They are willing to take the car back on a trade-in subject to its "current condition"...i.e. bad engine. So....they sell a bad car at a no dicker sticker market price, then their best offer is to use the car as a trade-in (value adjusted for engine issues) on another car. Why would I trust the next sale from them or give them more money? They suggested that we should have bought the extended warranty but we all know that these are mostly commission and payouts are difficult to get. Besides they highlighted their "50 point check"....which apparently did not catch all the oil leaks or any of the other repair issues. Still in the process of trying to find someone that can rebuild this engine cost effectively. So....a $10K car will end up with between $11k and $17k of additional repairs. Don't expect them to care about the concept of customer service and repeat buyer value. I would avoid this dealership! More
