For the amount of work done it took too long. I was there for a 10,000 mile check at 7:40 am and got to leave at 11:30. I was not late to appointment but 15 minutes early. there for a 10,000 mile check at 7:40 am and got to leave at 11:30. I was not late to appointment but 15 minutes early. More

This Toyota Dealership needs to have better customer service. The car that I was in process of buying ( paperwork sign). I found out after a week of calls/text it was in the process of being sold under service. The car that I was in process of buying ( paperwork sign). I found out after a week of calls/text it was in the process of being sold underneath me. I was suppose to pickup my vehicle after they detailed the car and service light because the service department was closing. I was told it would be ready on that Monday. I was given the run around for a week before I was told. They don’t communicate when you have concerns and they do not live up to their promise. I have bought 5 cars through the Tempe Autoplex and have had such a pleasant experience. This is reason I went back to the Autoplex until now. If they would’ve been honest about what was going on. I would of appreciate it better. More
This is the first time I have really had an issue here, which is weird. I dropped my car off in the morning. When the service rep came up to me he confirmed that I just wanted a tire rotation. I told hi which is weird. I dropped my car off in the morning. When the service rep came up to me he confirmed that I just wanted a tire rotation. I told him that I made the appointment online and that I had to select something to make the appointment. I then explained that I only wanted the service that was due at this time. He said he understood. I told him not to contact me until it was ready to go because I was seeing patients that morning. He called me at 1100am and told me that the rear brakes needed to be changed. I confirmed how much it would cost, $250, and I agreed to it. At this time the rep did not tell me any additional charges and I received no call when it was done. At 4pm I began called the service line, but no one would answer. I then called the sales floor to reach an employee. The employee took down my name and information and said they would get back to me. About 10 minutes later the rep calls me and tells me the car is ready, that it has been ready. Well, if it was ready, why am I having to call you? Then came the bill. I was told that the wheel alignment cost X, bringing my total to 508 dollars. I had never been told this total and was only prepared for paying the 250 dollars for the brakes. I told the receptionist that I would like a call from the rep, but not now cause I was too heated, and that tomorrow would be better. I'm still waiting. Honestly, I would like a refund for the wheel alignment because I was not told hold much it would cost, told the rep that it didn't need to be down unless that was part of the scheduled maintenance. Not mad now, but clearer communication needs to be made. More

Don’t see the point in making a appointment for factory required services. Always takes a long time. This last time I was 10 minutes early and watched for 50 minutes as car after car, 5 in total pulled up required services. Always takes a long time. This last time I was 10 minutes early and watched for 50 minutes as car after car, 5 in total pulled up and into the back before me. They even moved my truck out of the way twice to get around me. I guess if your not there spending the extra money they treat you as such. More

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I walked into this dealership and Told them specifically that I did not want the optional gap in service and the optional auto gear . In total all of these items cost dealership and Told them specifically that I did not want the optional gap in service and the optional auto gear . In total all of these items cost $4995. I told them I did not want these items. But they still submitted the deal with $4995 worth of warranties that I Told them that I did not want in the 1st place. So beware of this dealership! They do what they want to do when they want to do it for a profit. They must Have thought that I was young and I didn't know what I was talking about . It was a complete waste of my time based of my time period and they should be ashamed of themselves for trying to take advantage of a young person like myself. This this is why people are starting to do away with dealerships. They are starting to buy vehicles from carmax, carvana, and zoom. Because dealerships Are sharks. They will do anything that they want to do to line their pockets. But it is OK because I have a recourse and I will be making a complaint with the necessary consumer agencies the Attorney General's office and I will also be seeking counsel within attorney. What they are doing is blackmail and they know it. The circumstances that I am in I am sur through a bankruptcy. There is one lender that had approved me before but as I mentioned previously I had to return the vehicle to the dealership because I disagreed with the warranties and the unnecessary coverages they were trying to sell me. Going through a bankruptcy. There is one lender that had approved me before but as I mentioned previously I had to return the vehicle to the dealership because I disagreed with the warranties and the unnecessary coverages they were trying to sell me. So when I went to this dealership I let them know that and I told them if you guys are not going to budge on the warranties do not waste my time period I told Michael Jordan that specifically. Yet they still did what he wanted to do when he wanted to do it. So just be careful young folks oops or anyone in general. Do not go to this dealership. I have already contacted autonation headquarters others and I will be putting in work starting tomorrow. Because what they did was wrong and it's unethical to say the least! More
