I dropped off my car the afternoon before to get it looked at and no one called back till next morning and told me the issue and agreed on fixing it although I never received a call back when it was do looked at and no one called back till next morning and told me the issue and agreed on fixing it although I never received a call back when it was done I called my advisor twice no answer, then I called the dealership trying to get a hold of anyone who knew about my car and ended up calling another advisor who also in the voicemail was out for the week and I called again back and forth for about 30 until my original advisor called me back saying the car will be ready in 30 min it’s just surprising to me because I’ve always had great customer service here More
