Took my new Sienna in for ToyotaCare 10k mi. new car service. Several people were milling around in the service entrance area waiting for help. No name signs at service advisor workstations, so I didn't know which one was my assigned person Jeffrey. After about 5 minutes, I just interrupted an advisor and asked for Jeffrey; found out he wasn't in that day, and to just wait for help. Jamie Burns helped me after the queue cleared. Intake processing was fine. In about 25 minutes, I received an email with a completed Multipoint Inspection form; then about 17 minutes after the 1st email, I received exactly the same email again. Strangely, they didn't give me a paper copy of the form when the car was delivered. Car was in good condition, except driver's floor mat was dirty. Later that day, I got a weird text message saying more work was needed, but with no details, and with a link to a photo of my car up on a rack with the tires & wheels off (probably during the tire rotation). I left a voicemail message with Jamie about what extra service was needed, but did not hear back. I finally called the service department 4 days later, and the guy I reached just laughed it off, said no service was needed, and that it was an automated call-center system that had sent the photo. It was not reassuring. I'll go to another dealer next time. More
Service was great and David was direct and upfront with us regarding costs. The only negative I have is the payment option. I wanted to put some down directly from my bank account and the rest on my Auto us regarding costs. The only negative I have is the payment option. I wanted to put some down directly from my bank account and the rest on my Autonation Credit Card. It was declined even though the expiration date was 2024 with zero balance. I ended up paying for the full cost from my bank acct. When I called Autonation upon arriving home, the lame excuse was that my income hadn't been updated. I updated our income and all was good. I don't think this is good customer service on Autonation's part. Dealer was great as always. More

I had a problem with the gasket that runs from the front windshield to the rear window.. every time I went through a car wash and was blasted by air to dry it off The gaskets would come loose. I explain this to the individual at the dealership, and he told me it was a common problem and would take care of it, and not report it to Toyota. I waited several days after the repair and upon attempting to go through the car wash The problem is still there. It appears the idea for repair was just put a couple drops of adhesive in random locations, and it was not nearly enough. More
