I have going to Toyota in Spokane for over 20 years. I have always received great service! Matt Keller always solves any problem and keeps everything running top notch. service staff is courteous and professional. Had an oil change, and have prepaid for oil changes when I purchased the vehicle. Was charged extra for the tire rotation, whereas the toyota deale Had an oil change, and have prepaid for oil changes when I purchased the vehicle. Was charged extra for the tire rotation, whereas the toyota dealership in Coeur d'Alene doesn't charge extra for the rotation or perhaps they just deducted from my prepaid oil changes. The dealership says they 'sanitize' the vehicle. Not sure what that means. It wasn't washed and the floor mats weren't taken out and cleaned, if that is what they are referring to. More
