I went in to get a new battery for my 2019 Rav4 hybrid. The only reason I went in was because I wanted to get the life time battery. I keep my cars for 15 years or more. The service rep said he would have to check to see if they had any in stock. They said they had 4 so I said go ahead. When I checked out I was told they don't make a lifetime battery for that model and the battery they installed only comes with a 7 year warranty. Needless to say I am not a happy camper. If they had told me they didn't have a lifetime battery I would have bought a cheaper battery and installed it my self. It feels like a bait and switch deal to me. I should have had them switch me back but I had a meeting I needed to get to and couldn't take the time. More
I came to get tires rotated and initially my brakes replaced. Turns out I didn’t need my brakes replaced after all and I appreciate the honesty in telling me that so I didn’t spend unnecessary money at replaced. I found this odd as they are all Auto Nation dealers. So not everything was addressed and I have to make another trip. More
Dealership is great BUT the service was poor. My partner and I both had appts..one at 1100 and one at 1120, with names of the service person to report. I dealt with Matthew Keller, who, having a sense of customer service, worked me into the schedule. However, the person who my partner dealt with was rude, asking her if she had proof of an appt! She asked him if she could have come up with times and names off the top of her head...his response was curt, with no apology nor any attempt to better the situation! More
