AutoNation Toyota Spokane Valley - Service Center

I scheduled an appointment online and had the option to select a shuttle ride or wait for my car. I chose the shuttle as I didn't have time to wait for the service. When I arrived (on time) for my service select a shuttle ride or wait for my car. I chose the shuttle as I didn't have time to wait for the service. When I arrived (on time) for my service they somehow didn't realize I needed a shuttle and told me my service would be 60-80 minutes or I could wait for the shuttle for 50 minutes. I was told the shuttle is first come first serve....but if you don't have an hour to wait for your car how do you have an hour to wait for a shuttle? It's completely pointless and made me feel as if their commitment to get me where I needed to be in a timely manner didn't matter at all. I ended up not getting my service and will not be back. More

Checking in and out was slow as they sent me to the only rep that was busy. All other reps were just sitting there while I waited. my wheel was also scuffed after they serviced my truck.
