I brought my Rav4 in for maintenance service on March 30, 2023, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. This particular service visit was very frustrating. I checked in a little early, and all went well. The service was to take 1-2 hours, depending upon what was found. The service rep said he had been too busy processing new arrivals to let me know it was ready. Needless to say, I think this was inexcusable. More
