AutoNation Toyota Spokane Valley - Service Center

In summer 2024, I was on a road trip and the front bumper of my highlander fell loose on one side. Spokane is the nearest city with Toyota dealer. I drove to the city for the first time in my life and found of my highlander fell loose on one side. Spokane is the nearest city with Toyota dealer. I drove to the city for the first time in my life and found AutoNation Toyota Spokane Valley. Not sure what will happen and how long I need to wait, I was nervously explained my situation to the manager Parnell Granger for help. He examined the front bumper and drove my car away for about 15 minutes, and returned with the problem fixed. Though it's a tentative solution, but the front bumper was stabilized very well and I was able to complete the planned trip. I greatly appreciate Parnell and the way how Toyota takes care of their customers. I am proud of driving Toyota for over 20 years and will remain as your loyal customer. Thanks again. More

Took my car in for service and they were very busy as computers were down and they had been overbooked. Didnt matter as they were super nice and still got my car done in a great time period. Watch out for the service department. We purchased a good set of tires and were told they were bad at 30k miles. Each time we have been in for an oil change we were told we needed new tir We purchased a good set of tires and were told they were bad at 30k miles. Each time we have been in for an oil change we were told we needed new tires. The new set had a warranty to 50k miles. We were told they would not help us and we needed to go through the manufacturer with no help or instructions how to do so. This is not the first time we had issues. We also told them not to perform a service the last time we were in and they did it anyway and charged us. After purchasing four cars through this company and having all serviced here, we won’t be back. Beware More
