My local dealer was unhelpful finding the exact vehicle I wanted, so I contacted Drake Johnson at AutoNation Toyota Spokane Valley. Drake was amazing. He somehow was able to secure the car we wanted before i wanted, so I contacted Drake Johnson at AutoNation Toyota Spokane Valley. Drake was amazing. He somehow was able to secure the car we wanted before it was even built. He peeped us informed every step of the way -- the day the car was built, the day it was put on the ship, the day it arrived in port, and the day it arrived at the dealership. Drake even picked me up at the airport when I flew in to get the car. Absolutely amazing service. Even though Drake and AutoNation are on the other side of the state, I will certainly recommend ;them to my neighbors. Kylee Geissler was also very helpful in completing all the necessary paperwork -- knowledgable and very personable. Should I ever need another car, I was definitely return to AutoNation and Drake Johnson. More
