Service after the sale is VERY important to me. My service advisors have always been very helpful. I initially worked with Kimberly Dickens( now gone) and since her leaving Greg Coy. Both Service Ad service advisors have always been very helpful. I initially worked with Kimberly Dickens( now gone) and since her leaving Greg Coy. Both Service Advisors knew their job and Toyota products. When my vehicle has been in for service it has always had the issue fixed and it never gone back to the dealer unresolved. My Truck now has 99k+ miles and will be around HOPEFULLY many more miles. More

The services have been improved since changing the name from Champion to Autonation. It could be the management and/or the agents and the techs. I got my car to do State Inspection, the cost is fare, no ad from Champion to Autonation. It could be the management and/or the agents and the techs. Been working with Jared Jones the service advisor for years and he is definitely a top ambassador for AutoNation Toyota vehicle service. My wife and I are taking care of my 79 year old father-in-law from years and he is definitely a top ambassador for AutoNation Toyota vehicle service. My wife and I are taking care of my 79 year old father-in-law from out of town and we noticed his Highlander needed some maintenance. Jared got us scheduled and itemized the most urgent safety items. We were able to use advertised service specials on the AutoNation Toyota website for a discount and the Highlander is running much better. Jared took care of us - much appreciated !!! More
Two other mechanics looked at my car before I had it towed to AutoNation. They diagnosed and repaired my car and said if their diagnosis was incorrect and it didn't fix the problem, I wouldn't be charg towed to AutoNation.
