Jared is nice but this dealership is one of the lowest rated Auto Nation's I've been to and there's a reason. I waited 3.5 hrs in the lobby with no follow-up, there should be follow-up after diagnosis and rated Auto Nation's I've been to and there's a reason. I waited 3.5 hrs in the lobby with no follow-up, there should be follow-up after diagnosis and then halfway into it. Come to find out, they never started on my car after having an appt at 7a. I was put in a rental car as new tires were needed that had to be ordered and breaks needed replaced. This was on a Monday. Guess I wasn't top priority due to the weekend cleanup. There is ALOT of opportunity for improvement at this dealership. I don't know if more Service Advisors need hired or what. More

Have been taking my Toyota cars to Auto Nation way back when they were Apple Toyota in downtown Austin. Greg Coy was the service manager then and still is. No high pressure here; I paid about $46 for the 50K service that included the Texas inspection. Best dealership I have ever been too in my experience with car repairs/services over many years. More
