Tony Do was exceptionally courteous, reassuring, proactive and helpful after the theft of my converter on a Friday. He offered to install a new one that day but I had to wait to hear from insurance proactive and helpful after the theft of my converter on a Friday. He had the pictures and estimate sent Friday morning within a couple hours of getting the car and reassured me he had reserved the part for my car, even if the insurer took days to assess. Despite the weekend and his being on vacation he kept in touch and worked to expedite the claim. The repair was done on Tuesday, which was exemplary considering it was over a weekend. There was a difference between the estimates of the shop and insurance company but Tony and the assessor said they would work it out and it did not hold up completing the work. I’m so glad Tony was our representative. More

This review is specifically about the service department at AutoNation South Austin. The service department personnel are very helpful and have gone out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of at AutoNation South Austin. The service department personnel are very helpful and have gone out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of. From informing me of a potential leak and then making sure I knew to bring the truck back before the warranty expired to verify that it was a leak and get it fixed. They installed my license plates for me and ran my truck through the car wash before returning it back to me after service was done. Even the woman who cleans the building helped me out when I squirted hand sanitizer all over myself and the floor. Kudos to good customer service! More

Went here before heading on a long road trip across the country towing a trailer.. Told the tech that I was having issues with wheel making abnormal sound and pulling.. "You sure", I said, "Yes" He said.. well I drove all the way to Arizona continued to hear noises and wobbling coming from the exact tire I asked about.. Once in Arizona the wheel felt so wobbly it felt like it might fall off.. went to a mechanic , not Toyota and they found that the wheel hub was coming apart and said " How in the world did the Toyota service dept. not find this, its so bad your tire could have fallen off" Very dangerous for me.. we are lucky we didn't have problems and I am very disappointed in the oversight to this matter... I was asked to give an honest review... I give 1 star as they put my whole family in a dangerous situation.. If I could I would give 0 stars that's how upset I am about this matter... More
