I am from out of state and needed emergency service. On the plus side, they got me in on a Saturday and had it fixed in time to pick up first thing Monday morning. On the downside, the diagnostic fee was $174.99 (waived if you have something done) and they tried to sell me overpriced add-ons like fuel injection service for $259.95, coolant flush for $239.95 and "inverter system service" for $239.95. I met with my local Toyota dealer and their prices are way lower for the services, and they don't recognize the "inverter system service" at all. I GREATLY appreciate the service, but am definitely put off by those excessive fees. More

Even with a appointment, they will have you waiting longer for your car then for a walk in customer. We received an invitation for a free oil change and took advantage of it. 2+ hours later, we received our car back, long enough for another client to paint a portrait of my wife sitting on the couch.
