I did my regular maintenance at AutoNation Toyota South Austin and the staff was professional and polite. I only wish they had a better process to receive the vehicle when we arrive. I received a call from a representative informing me of a recall for my truck. We scheduled an appointment and the service was completed a couple of days later. Broke my tail gate latch early afternoon. Took a chance they might be able to fix it. They took my truck quickly and had it back fixed in 3 hours. Services are at time expensive but I enjoy genuine parts and a center that is professional and caring. More
Had an appointment for April the 15th at 8am. They told me our Service Advisor: Juan Alvarez would be helping us. We had a problem with drivers side rear tire had a piece of metal and a 3 or so i They told me our Service Advisor: Juan Alvarez would be helping us. We had a problem with drivers side rear tire had a piece of metal and a 3 or so inch cut on top of tire. He said he would have to order tire. I never seen him check availability of tire, unless he can see on ipad when checking you in. He checked us in on first oil change and tire rotation. Stated will be longer since dealing with tire. We left I called Cedar Park Toyota they had tire in stock. So went back and told him not to worry about tire just complete what he had scheduled for. i said should be quicker so we can get to Cedar Park. He was aware of this he knew of all the changes at 8:20 am. We went ate breakfast run an errand and back at 11:00am. We seen our truck parked in front of where they do oil changes at that time. I went inside and found Juan did he have ETA on truck he said they had not finished yet. I went and sat at lobby a few minutes to twelve noon. I went and seen Juan again and still no news. So, I went to where they did the oil changes at. I talked with a mechanic he said where our truck is parked at. There is where they park vehicles that are completed. Not Happy with Juan I get back to his desk he said still nothing. He found that they left our paperwork and another customer on a desk beside his. No one was working at that desk. Unbelievable 8am till a few minutes after 12pm to get truck back. For 10k service appointment. not happy. Probably trying San Marcos Toyota. More
