Service department manager Tony Sabatino was outstanding. He identified our problem as stolen catalytic converters, quoted a price and speedily repaired our truck. Who to may concern, I was very disappointed on my last visit for oil change my waiting time was for 3 hours which I never experienced ever before, after the long wait I call on someone for help and nobody visit for oil change my waiting time was for 3 hours which I never experienced ever before, after the long wait I call on someone for help and nobody responded, I asked one person and he said I’m on the phone but didn’t show that he was , I finally had to ask for the manager assistance and he immediately took action talking to the service advisor, the manager have said that I will get rein-verse the cost of the service amount. I hope it happens. Service Advisors could benefit from a better customer service . More

Took my car @11 to service center on a Saturday and was picked up by my husband to run errands. Spoke to multiple people and no one told me they closed early @4pm. Google said it closed @8. We show up @5 a picked up by my husband to run errands. Spoke to multiple people and no one told me they closed early @4pm. Google said it closed @8. We show up @5 and it’s all closed up. I had to spend the rest of the weekend without my car even though it was ready to go. I got an email that it was ready @ 3:15 but no one told us we had 45 minutes to come pick it up. We would have rearranged our schedule to come get it on time. More
