Brought my SUV in and was done super quick for an alignment (I had done a drop-off, but service was completed faster than I have seen at other service departments while waiting!!!!!). After some trial and error of replacing certain parts, the Service Advisor recognized that there was necessary repetitive work difficulty diagnosing. This reinforced a great amount of trust that they care about doing things right and doing the right thing.
