On March 26, I arrived at 8:05 AM to have my truck serviced. The appointment was for 830. The scheduler advised that I was on a two hour expedited schedule. The service advisor advised that it would be three hours however after 5 1/2 hours, I started getting upset. In addition there was no items in the vending machines no bottled water no soft drinks no items to purchase to eat, this is not the first time this has happened.
