Toyota responded

Professional practice, good workmanship, and equal and humane treatment to all with integrity is what is expected from all of us (customers and employees). My experience with Gary and Colin on 8/18/2022 was a nightmare. I have never heard or seem such unprofessional practices where the customers spends thousands of dollars and treated with such disrespect. Having get a second tow truck (first tow the night before delivered to your company) to remove the same disabled vehicle purchased from you all was and is none sense and wrong on so many levels. Total disappointment.
