Used to be good. I made appt with comments about what specifically I was bringing my suv in for. The person who fixes this problem did not work on that day! Someone should have noticed what the appt was for and let me know before I spent hours waiting for my car to be fixed. And this is a common known problem with Highlanders. Why is there not someone there every day the service area is open? They wasted my time. More

Friendly service but dang it’s hard to get in touch with someone at the service department. I’m so disappointed in our recent oil change- the dealer in deep changed the oil- but marked off all was correct with the car- where indeed the tire pressure light was on (prior to taking the ace in) and th in deep changed the oil- but marked off all was correct with the car- where indeed the tire pressure light was on (prior to taking the ace in) and the service advisor didn’t ask or comment on it- and they checked off that the tires were in great condition- and all was perfect where we had to take the car in to the tire store to have a nail removed from the tire (that caused the light going off) … so just knowing that they checked off the items as fine does not make me trust the dealer on being through … super disappointing as we were hoping that out of all the places- for a $115 oil change we would at least get a good check up - next time we will take the car to the local / oil change place on the corner for fraction of the charge More

The service writer was super nice and took care of me. But I will not do business there after being lied to and over quoted. Came in to have my clutch checked because my pedal felt loose and first was tol But I will not do business there after being lied to and over quoted. Came in to have my clutch checked because my pedal felt loose and first was told that I needed a whole new clutch based on just the test drive which would be $2700. They finally get it into a bay 2.5 hours later and said we might be able to save the clutch with adjusting the cable and replacing some bearings for $1k. They didn’t bother checking my pedal like I asked them to. I took it to another shop for a 2nd opinion and there was nothing wrong with my clutch, they said it felt like it was replaced within the last 4-5 years and was adjusted to the person who had it replaced as the pedal was adjusted down. They adjusted my pedal to stock height for $150 and now my pedal isn’t loose and no more issues. Very disappointing how dealerships feel the need to rip women off and just want to do extra things instead of checking what was asked of them to check. I will order parts from dealerships but will never have them work on my car now knowing how much they are charging for something that will only take an hour to adjust and 2-3 hours to replace a clutch. More

Gary Piccininni my service mgr was outstanding! Got me in right at 7am for my appt and listened to my concerns and then advised me of my courtesy Oil Change.
