I will never use AutoNation again. I will especially NEVER go to Autonation Toyota in Pinellas Park, Florida again. They routinely overbook for appointments and when you show up, they tell you it has to be rescheduled. They will also give a million excuses as to why they can't do something. They kept my car for close to 4 months for repairs, citing the supply chain issues as the problem. Although these issues weren't my fault, they still refused to help with a rental or loaner. There were very suspicious issues surrounding the repair. My car sat in the same parking spot for over six weeks, waiting for repairs. I finally complained to brand engagement and they were miraculously able to start the repairs the next day. As a final blow, I recently discovered that when I originally bought the vehicle they didn't transfer the plates correctly and now I'm having to jump through hoops with Tallahassee to get it corrected. NOTHING about my experience with this dealership has been positive. Not one single thing. Do not give them your business. More
Normally very good. Mechanic staffing issues this time ( tech training, sicknesses) resulting in long wait for service (oil change and brake check). Long wait for part (ABS actuator for brakes) but this is due to age of van (2004). Pricey, but did get a break on the cost, and coupon honored. Service Manager Howard Decker was very good and friendly. Very good multi-tasker! More

I had a few issues on previous service visits. When I brought this to the attention of the Service Manager he took the time to listen and then addresses each of my issues. On my next service visit he personally made sure that things were done to my satisfaction. Hopefully the areas that were lacking have been permanently resolved so that I won't have a repeat of my bad experience. More
