Routine service took an hour. My dogs were happy in waiting area getting petted by other customers and staff. I had 2 major questions on routine 6 months maintenence. The initial contact service writer was extremely helpful on correcting my on/off reading on dashboard. He referred to his own trucks function. I have bought 3 cars here. This last visit with my 6 month old car was the worst service ever ! I had a tire that kept losing air. Two young people said " Don't see a nail." Came back later and had to pay $286 for a new tire which had a roofing nail in it ! I had a manager tell me the spot on my panel below my radio was from hand sanitizer! Next visit was told they are actually cracks. Don't have any idea how that happened and of course not covered by warranty! Called on Manager who gave me her card and said to call her on her private line . 5 times I called and left messages and she never called back. Talked to someone in service department who said, " I'll make sure she calls you today." No one called. Finally took car back and met Hope ( aptly named ) as she was my only hope ! Will never buy a car here again. Service in this country is nearly a thing of the past ! There are all kinds of employees just sitting around talking at Autonation Toyota. More
