Disappointed in lack of communication between service advisor and technician and follow-through of technician in ensuring quality repair. The repair included a diagnostic test and test drive with the recognition that electrical systems were overcharged from failing alternator. The alternator was replaced for approximately $ 1,475 dollars-book labor hours 3 1/2. The failure of the alternator shorted the headlamps resulting in lamp failure with the vehicle returned to us unprepared. How would you like to pay $ 1,475. initially for alternator replacement and have part of the repair not performed? More

Friendly service but dang it’s hard to get in touch with someone at the service department. I’m sure outsourcing and use of a foreign call center looked good on paper but it doesn’t translate (pun not inten someone at the service department. Used to be good. I made appt with comments about what specifically I was bringing my suv in for. The person who fixes this problem did not work on that day! Someone should have noticed what the appt was for and let me know before I spent hours waiting for my car to be fixed. And this is a common known problem with Highlanders. Why is there not someone there every day the service area is open? They wasted my time. More
I’m so disappointed in our recent oil change- the dealer in deep changed the oil- but marked off all was correct with the car- where indeed the tire pressure light was on (prior to taking the ace in) and th in deep changed the oil- but marked off all was correct with the car- where indeed the tire pressure light was on (prior to taking the ace in) and the service advisor didn’t ask or comment on it- and they checked off that the tires were in great condition- and all was perfect where we had to take the car in to the tire store to have a nail removed from the tire (that caused the light going off) … so just knowing that they checked off the items as fine does not make me trust the dealer on being through … super disappointing as we were hoping that out of all the places- for a $115 oil change we would at least get a good check up - next time we will take the car to the local / oil change place on the corner for fraction of the charge More
