My car was additionally checked with 2 other recommended services, which I was happy for them to do. Car was towed in Monday around 4pm, picked up Wed at 4pm. Lawrence printed out my proof of insurance for rental. Toby in Rentals/Billing also very helpful with paperwork and rental. Store policy is no rentals after 6:30pm. I Ubered home and was picked up at 8:30am at my house by shuttle to go back for a rental. Their shuttle driver, Yanara, was very sweet and a safe driver. Left my credit card in card reader, left without it. Came back to check. Toby watched security film showing following customer removing card. She called and texted him multiple times without response. She checked in rental car and brought a parking pass back that I had left on the dashboard. She had a full time job with me. Toby accompanied me to the rental after reviewing lease agreement, turned on a/c and waited until I pulled away. If you lease, have proof of auto insurance. Very happy with repair and customer service. Recommend Auto Nation Toyota- 5 stars. More
I’ve been working with AutoNation Pinellas Park for several years. Bought my first Toyota here and my current RAV4 was bought and is serviced here as well. My service guy Mike got my car repairs comple several years. Bought my first Toyota here and my current RAV4 was bought and is serviced here as well. My service guy Mike got my car repairs completed in a timely manner and got me a ride home while I waited. They only get a four star rating because of the constant emails they send trying to get me to sell or trade my car. It’s only two years old and I’m happy with my current vehicle! More

Upon arrival, I was greeted, and the service members got right to it. Shortly after checking in, Dylan came to meet me promptly and provided me with an estimate time of completion. Once my vehicle was finished (which was within the time frame estimated), I received communication my car was ready. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and prompt service provided by the staff at this dealership each time. It makes getting my vehicle serviced painless! More

In the beginning the whole situation was great, the service manager helping me was really nice and let me know what was going on. I was quoted around $1750 after tax by my service manager to pay for the repairs on my car, I managed to get the money via a loan after being on and off the phone all day. Interest rate was very high, but I was committed to getting my car fixed. On Thursday I got a phone call from the service manager handling my car that the quote was wrong and the “computer messed up” and the part pricing was missing from my quote and with the pricing of parts, I was looking at an extra $800-$1000 on top of what I already had to pay. When I expressed my concern regarding the money, I was told there was nothing they could do about it and it was the computer error. I feel I should not have had to be penalized and forced to pay the full amount for a computer error. They were not willing to discount anything and my service manager said “Even if you speak to another manager, they will tell you the same thing”. Which was very off putting. I’m 25 and live almost paycheck to paycheck. $1000 may not seem like much to them, but it’s a lot to me. All in all, I had to pay for my car to get towed AGAIN to another shop for the repairs. The other shop is willing to fix my car for less than half of what Toyota was offering. Will not be back for any service reasons. More
