This was a battery check-up offered on line. So glad I did it! The car battery was about gone and I was about to leave for a road trip. With this cold weather there would have been problems. Staff is very friendly but not always helpful or knowledgeable. I need assistance with their website to schedule service and was told they have nothing to do with their website..sorry. They confirmed our phone numbers are accurate in their system, but when I try to use their website (via our phone numbers) it states it can't locate us. My biggest negative on this service department is although you have an appointment, it's always a long wait time. More

I would have loved to leave a positive review and I will note that the techs are very customer friendly, however, my experience was overall poor. I scheduled a 12:30pm drop off on Friday. My tech Joe was very nice and even explained the 10-15k check up differences (this is my first new vehicle, so he was very nice) By 5pm, I still hadn’t received a call. I called and the after hours associate who answered very coldly said “that the service deparment closed.” I told her no one had called to let me know my car wasn’t ready, or that they were closed, and she repeated “they are closed”. Not a big deal, however, I was also not made aware that the service department would also be closed Sunday as well. Now I’m a bit aggravated, as I had to work and was not planning on being without a vehicle for the weekend, let alone for the start of the week. I asked, “is no one available to just check? If the dealership is open?” And again, was coldly told (as if I was an inconvenience) “I said the service department is closed until Monday. There is no one there”. When I received a call from Joe on Monday he did say sorry, and I let him know it would have been nice to know so I could have made arrangements to be without my vehicle. He was not there when I was able to pick the car up, I was handed my sheet and sent on my way. The notation about my “tires being in impeccable condition” at that point was laughable, as there is one known nail in the back tire; and a large gash from road damage in another. But none of this was noticed apparently. I’d be happy to send photos taken before the service was done. At this point I’m not sure the tires were rotated as the slash is on the same front passenger side. I’d be curious what was ACTUALLY done on my car that took over 5+ hours for an oil change if these details weren’t even noticed. Very dissatisfied. As stated, the staff (at least the Saturday staff) and Joe are very friendly; but the lack of communication really put me in a bind. And I’m very uncomfortable with the lack of details regarding my tires. More
I was disappointed because we had an oil change and tire rotation and I specifically mentioned we need air in the tires. I I drove away i found they had not put air in the tires and had to return. They also mentioned four recommendations which we said we would get back to them. One was the cooling system and when we checked the manual it said at 100,000 and we are at 62,000 so we are getting a second option for their recommendations. Being a woman I sometimes feel they may take advantage! More
