I went on KBB to get an estimate on selling m. I.l vehicle. Had several responses. The first one we picked ended up being bogus. The second one was AutoNation Toyota in Pinellas County. Was able to set up an appointment that day. My quote was unbelievable, in a good way. She was fantastic, understanding and the whole transaction was made painless. Amy was extremely patient and understanding of our situation and negotiated strongly for what I thought was an excellent price. And also paid for my Lyft home. I would definitely go back to them for any type of sale. Specifically Amy! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! More

Mediocre service during my last visit. Had an appointment for 200,000 service and tire rotation. An hour and half later, I inquired about status of service and if any issues were found. The attendant told me that it would be another hour and fifteen minutes before my car would even be checked. About 40 minutes later my car was “done” - no issues, recommendations, etc. Then had to wait another 20 minutes to pay for the rotation. I don’t know if I should be glad or suspicious of the service.
