Had apportionment. When I arrived I was greeted and they moved my car up after the other cars had been taken for service. I stood there waiting, asked someone after 10 When I arrived I was greeted and they moved my car up after the other cars had been taken for service. I stood there waiting, asked someone after 10 minutes if I was done there or did I need to speak to a representative. Obviously there were not English speaking people there . The person just pointed at one of the offices. Still no one came to assist me. Waiting another 5 minutes and then went out to talk to my husband to tell him I knew he was waiting but I was waiting for assistance. So I asked of I needed to just take my car and mike another appointment because no one was thereto help me. They went and got Christine . She apologized and said nobody told me I was there. We finally were able to get my car serviced. Now I have another service scheduled for tomorrow because I was told my brakes needed serviced. My husband is going to take in in as I no longer want to deal with being ignored. If this service is the same we will no longer be coming to this dealership. More
