I took my truck in for an oil change and a free tire rotation. I waited a little over 2 hours which was about average for this kind of service. They weren't fast but not too slow either. They ran a check on what needed to be done on a truck with 44000 miles. I denied the service for some lubricant that needed to be changed for $296 which was way to much. I'm going to have it done privately for under $100. They also said I needed an alignment that I also passed on. Overall they did a good job and I will use them in the future. I called to come in and get service done along with alignment and made the appointment only to find out that there was no technician who could do alignment same day, they gave me # to call to book as t alignment and made the appointment only to find out that there was no technician who could do alignment same day, they gave me # to call to book as the main service line goes to a3rd party call centre in offshore country, but none of the service tech pick up the phone and call back after you leave a message.
