I have been going to this center for 10+ years, and have bought 7 vehicles from here. The service department is average for as busy as they are, but the mechanic section leaves something to be desired ( Fau bought 7 vehicles from here. The service department is average for as busy as they are, but the mechanic section leaves something to be desired ( Faults over the years: Improper tire rotation, broken center caps on wheels, bad front-end alignment, money missing from the vehicle, oil cap not put back on, could not resolve a vibration when driving, I had to take it to tire kingdom to get it fixed and many other little things). I will never buy a new vehicle from here because of poor customer service/relations with the finance department, even though the salesmen are good. I wish I could give a higher rating, but it is much higher than the Toyota dealer in Clearwater. More

I purchased my RAV4 from the Clearwater location and took my car there the first two times but the service there was so poor I decided to try the Pinellas Park location, and am I glad I did. Customer service was efficient, but service was sloppy. The oil light was not reprogrammed at pickup, which required additional time in the shop. For an oil change and tire rotation that took two hours, I expect more. More
Staff was courteous and very helpful especially Ms Christie who went the extra mile to resolve all my concerns created by another dealership. Melanie that checked me out ar rhe end of appt. was very rude, on her phone and laughed at me and I asked what was so funny, she said, I'm allowed to laugh!!
