John, service manager also was unable to fix my radio. The problem was in the bluetooth setting. He suggested I google it to find solution. I found that frustrating and upsetting that no one could fix this problem since I bought the this brand new car. Also, I've waited over 7 months for my 2nd key remote. No one could tell me anything on when to expect it.
