My wife's 2020 Toyota Camry SE was in for service at 30,266 miles. Services included tire rotation, oil/filter change, inspection of brakes, battery, tires and 4-wheel alignment. Tire replacement had be 30,266 miles. Services included tire rotation, oil/filter change, inspection of brakes, battery, tires and 4-wheel alignment. Tire replacement had been recommended at 25,000 miles, but the tire tread at 4/32nd" still had safe tread depth. The work was completed, and the alignment check was reported as needed along with new tires as two of the tires were now at 2/32nd". A tire quotation on 4 new Hankook Kinergy tires, mounting, balancing, disposal, plus 4-wheel was provided. We chose to buy a better tire, the Michelin Defender2 tires and have mounting, balancing, old tires disposal plus 4-wheel alignment at a local tire shop that we have used for years. They checked the alignment and NO alignment was required even though we had requested it based on AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park's alignment check reporting it was needed. I called both the local tire shop and AutoNation for an explanation of the discrepancy in the alignment reports. The local shop said they would have aligned the car had it been needed. Furthermore, they are paid on commission and would gladly have had the car aligned if it was needed. I have yet to hear back from AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park. More
The dealership has employees that are friendly and businesslike. Dylan was very helpful and made sure he had my car serviced well. However, in the end I left with the wrong invoice!
