10042023 930a appt. 0920a arrival. pull in 2 sales got me wanted to by my car said ok if so i'd want a newer model. figured would be good place since first time service, 0920a arrival. pull in 2 sales got me wanted to by my car said ok if so i'd want a newer model. figured would be good place since first time service, was early to appt and prompt attn from sales immediately, pull up father, figure i would be next (since appt and already filled out my info pre arrival), pull up next spot, now am in middle of service valet station area.... pull up again father towards exit door, pull up again as ANOTHER car is taken for service (keep in mind all the other cars already had their owners gone from car each time I was pulling up one more), 2nd from end finally a valet asked me if a service ticket written and if I had been helped. No, and I thanked him for checking alerted/resolved,. Then seemed as if SM came over and got me after they were looking to see why I was overlooked. Finally service advisor NAMED LAWRENCE 100% empathetic and GREAT took me. Service ticket timed at 10:09:a and was there almost three hours (with appt for oil change only). Other things were suggested as per usual. The $80 cabin air filter I declined as I ------had just personally replaced it! Ticket stated tires as being rotated but not a handling mark on the rims/brake dust so must have been an imaginary one. Not impressed with place. Too many other Lexus/Toyota dealers locally. Priced advance as LOF special synthetic $89.95. Then even after their voluntary 10% discount came to $111.35....I just wanted out of there wasn't worth my time to discuss. Hate to write detailed bad reviews but their system keep sending me requests for an honest review. More

Hope went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner and got me back on the road as quickly as possible the BEST! wait time was awful because the rep didn't process my paper's because he just let it sit on his desk, another female rep helped me through the final steps, he was terrible. I was quoted a price of $85 for the oil change and $29 for the tire rotation. A little steep but this is at dealership. 2 and 1/2 hours later the bill is $149. How TF is that possible, I know there is New math and all but that doesn't add up.Thomas tells me that they had to use an extra quart of oil and that there was some extra fees. What the absolute F? So this dealership doesn't know how many quarts of oil go into a car before they guote a price, Unbelievable! When a dealership quotes a price it should be for the total amount so the customer knows ahead of time. 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. We have previously purchased 3 vehicles at AutoNation Pinellas Park, we won't be back to these RipOffs ML More
