I asked for the standard service at 80000 to 96000 miles and was assured that included a new driver floor mat but left without any. I asked for a new cover for my right front tire but would have left withou and was assured that included a new driver floor mat but left without any. I asked for a new cover for my right front tire but would have left without it had I not asked about it when I was paying the bill and then had to go to parts and purchase it so someone up front would install it. But the biggest issue was the locks and how they only replaced the driver side in march and now I had to have the passenger side replaced when back in march I was told the problem was solved for the whole car. Not only the driver side. I even went in around July because of the problem and all I was told was they couldn’t get it to act up while there. Today was a real disappointment. More
