Great customer service experience I was given the wrong size tires and reported the issue 3 months later. Spoke with Jon Curtis, Customer Care Manager and he told me to bring my car in I was given the wrong size tires and reported the issue 3 months later. Spoke with Jon Curtis, Customer Care Manager and he told me to bring my car in and he would take care of everything. I was able to get the correct size tires which costed more than the tires that was originally put on my car and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. Mr. Curtis also fixed another issue that I was having with my car with no extra charge. He stated that due to being inconvenienced, he would take care of everything. Mr. Curtis went over and beyond his job duties to make me happy. Mr. Curtis was friendly, caring and professional. Mr. Curtis was a pleasure to work with. He is indeed an asset to AutoNation Toyota. I'm a long time customer and I will continue to trust my repairs with them. More
Bad Service We left one of the 2 vehicles that were both purchased from Toyota Auto Nations . The one we left over Thanksgiving was a RAVE/4 they were to change We left one of the 2 vehicles that were both purchased from Toyota Auto Nations . The one we left over Thanksgiving was a RAVE/4 they were to change the oil & check out a noise on the left front side. when we returned from our trip we were presented with a bill for the oil change & several other things that were supposed to have been fixed. My wife went to pick the car up she was presented with an estimate of over $3000.00 they said she needed 4 new tires, a water pump and replacement of the left front axel. The was in the pick up lane, keys in the car, she though I had paid the bill on line, so she got the car and left. When she got home and told me what happened I checked the oil it was not changed, and the water pump was not leaking. I get a call about not paying the bill, they discovered nothing had been done to the car. I took it to a local repair shop, Guess what she only needed the axel replaced, got the oil changed , she did not need a water pump, and only one tire. Total $1,200,00. So that's why I will not go back for service or buy a car from Auto/Nations Toyota in Pinellas Park More

Very poor service process I had a 10am appointment on 9/22- when I arrived there were three long lines just to get up to report in to the service representative. There was not an "appointment only" line- I along with at least 40 others sat in our cars for almost an hour before we were close to the front of the line - I work in sales so I could not waste anymore time and needed cars to move so I could exit. No cared how long we were waiting - they said this is a courtesy service so "you get what you get" - I have another appointment this Friday - of course the woman on the phone could not tell me if they would work on my car at my scheduled time or not - she was very flip - I would not purchase or lease a car here again because of their extremely poor service department. More
damaged my car during a repair Toyota was always fantastic with me as long as Î had my check book in hand. But as soon as I put my check book away I saw a different side, buyer beware. Toyota caused damage to my car during repair. When putting parts back together major wires were crimped between parts. The car seemed to run fine at first but soon after this caused shorts and a variety of ongoing problems. It wasn't until weeks later that the underlying culprit of all the problems was found and fixed. The car was at two reputable auto shops including one that specializes in wiring problems. Toyota refuses to pay for repairs saying that they should have been able to fix it themselves. In an ideal world this would be great for all, myself included but only hindsight is 20/20. Once the cause of the problem was known it made no sense for the auto shop to put everything back together and send it over to Toyota. At that point uncrimping the wires was easy and I already owed what I owe to the auto repair shops. Toyota has been noncommunicative, rude, have told me they will get back to me and do not, have lied to me. I have spent about 10,000 dollars at that dealership and I would think they would have assumed I would have spent more so I am shocked at this behavior and would not trust them. More
Came in for a service, ended up leasing a car I worked with Heather for me car lease. She did a great job helping me understand all the formalities since it was my first time leasing a vehicle. Exceptional Customer Service I recently had the brakes replaced on my Lexus. All of a sudden, VSC lights appeared on my dashboard. I was fortunate enough to get in touch with Serv I recently had the brakes replaced on my Lexus. All of a sudden, VSC lights appeared on my dashboard. I was fortunate enough to get in touch with Service Advisor- Jon Curtis. He immediately got Rich Morelli- Service Director & Bobby Beamer- Service Manager involved. They had my situation resolved within a half an hour. Exceptional customer service provided by all. The technician that resolved my problem, Chuck Urello, knew immediately what corrective action needed to be taken. Outstanding, Thanks Again. More
John Curtis I had a problem with my daughters car's tires, eventually it got to John and it was more than satisfactorily resolved. Took my car down for an oil change there was a problem John fixed the problem in less than an hour. I have had nothing but a great experience with John Curtis, it is because of him that I go and send anybody that I know who has a Toyota to AutNation Toyota Pinellas Park. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and courtesy. He is a real car and people person.
