Brought my vehicle in for the 20,000 service - yesterday I got a warning it was low on oil. Stopped and checked the oil level and no oil on the dipstick. Had to add 4 quarts to get home. I had a 1st maintenance on my 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. I bought the car with 2 different screws on my tag plate- I asked to replace either one of them in order not to use 2 different screwdrivers and was to bought the car with 2 different screws on my tag plate- I asked to replace either one of them in order not to use 2 different screwdrivers and was told, that they don't have spare parts?!?!?!?! They don't have any screws in the service department? Do you here me? How ridiculous it sounds? I've got a tiny dent, maybe, a size of a nickel on the passenger door. I bought an extended plan from AutoNation, that includes a free dent/paint repair, I mean , I already pre-paid it. They wouldn't fix it , said, I have to make a claim. This is ridiculous! it will take 5 min or no time at all. I'm not satisfied with a service. I would've give them a "0", but they did change my oil, which I also pre-paid, when I bought a car. More
They are great for service and very attentive but I didn’t like the hounds coming out texting, calling and emailing me to sell my car. My interaction with my service advisor, Barry was top notch. I had the shuttle take me home while I waited for my car. The shuttle driver, Steve what's less than ideal. He did not have an ounce customer service skills. he called me from his phone to let me know who is ready. I asked him where we should meet, he told me at the service desk. I walked the 20 feet to the service desk and he was not there. Instead he was out smoking. When he got in the car he reeked of smoke. I moved from the front seat to the backseat to try to distance myself. He dropped the first passenger off and then took me home. He rolled through the four way stop and was and receptive when either of us gave him directions to our home. I think you should rethink him in this role. I have always had exceptional customer service from your facility. My return trip in the shuttle was excellent. If it had not been for Steve, you would've received a five star review. More
