I recently took my 2015 in for a oil change and was approached by Barrington who started talking to me about the deals that they have on new trucks. Not really in the market for o ne at the time but I approached by Barrington who started talking to me about the deals that they have on new trucks. Not really in the market for o ne at the time but I decided to see what they would do. Barrington and the other staff did everything they could do to get the numbers to where I wanted them. End result I ended up driving home with a new 2020 Tundra Limited Crew Max . I would like to take this time to thank Barrington and all the staff at Auto Nation in Pinellas Park. This is the second truck I bought from them. The staff from Sales to service are always great to work with. More

You bring your vehicle in with maintenance issues and their response to everything is Toyota's are known for that. So Clunking sounds, squeaks, rattles etc are what Toyota's are known for? You make an appoint for 9:45am at 12:00pm the service writer comes over to tell me that they haven't even looked at the car yet, that their is still two cars ahead of me. I ask how long before they will look at it his response I don't know? Really thats the customer service this place is known for. The service writer goes into this big speech about the dealership has laid-off and lost a lot of mechanics. DON'T BUY A CAR FOR THIS DEALERSHIP YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND MOST DEFINITELY DON'T HAVE SERVICE DONE WITH THEIR INCOMPETENT MECHANICS YOU WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME AND HAVE TO TAKE TO A QUALIFIED MECHANIC. Absolutely horrible! This place takes an average of 4 hours to get anything done! Oil change...repairs...pulling the car around...anything takes at least 4 hours! Last time I was there I was told that my hours to get anything done! Oil change...repairs...pulling the car around...anything takes at least 4 hours! Last time I was there I was told that my issue was covered by my extended warranty. Brought the car in yesterday to have it fixed. Surprisingly the warranty department denied my claim. I have the most expensive warranty and the part says not covered so why they said it was covered in the first place was their error. Not mine. They denied it at 9:25 but I didn’t get a call until 12:37 asking if I wanted to pay $1000 to fix it still but don’t worry they have financing options that cost and arm, a leg and a kidney in interest. I will never step foot in this facility again. Christie and her manager Paul both don’t care about customer service. She couldn’t even walk me over to him. “He’s the guy on the end in the white shirt” It’s not their fault the warranty department denied the claim is all they could say. Maybe not but it shouldn’t have taken about 4 hours for me to find out nor should I have picked my car up with 3 dents on my hood that miraculously showed up while the car was in their possession but they claim isn’t their fault. This place is absolutely ridiculous!!! I spent a whole day off of work to get nothing accomplished except a car that still needs a repair, a very insincere apology just to get me out of there, and now a hood that also needs to be repaired because of something I didn’t do. Don’t waste your time or money. More
Don't waste your money on their horrible work. Took my 4runner there for an oil change and routine maintenance a few weeks ago. A few days after the pan that covers the oil filter fell off and dragged ac 4runner there for an oil change and routine maintenance a few weeks ago. A few days after the pan that covers the oil filter fell off and dragged across the pavement. Luckily I notice it and was able to pull over to take it off before anything worst can happen. Went back the following week after my appointment to get it fixed and they put zip ties to hold it together. They told me that it was the only thing they can do to fix it, and if the zip ties break off I can go back and get new ones to replace it. Never will I go back to any AutoNation. More
