I have believed in Toyota my whole life. Its the only car I drive. In October 2010 I purchased a 2011 Sienna. Sadly a few months later I was in a car accident and damaged my Sienna. I brought it to To car I drive. In October 2010 I purchased a 2011 Sienna. Sadly a few months later I was in a car accident and damaged my Sienna. I brought it to Toyota to fix and was disappointed at the number of times I had to bring it back to get to the level of service I expected from Toyota. Last week was the 4th time AFTER the original repair I had to bring it back. To say I was furious does not come close. Eventually I spoke with the VIP manager at this dealership and within one day they had made an offer to me that was mind blowing. Toyoya actually traded in my 2011 Sienna with 7700+ miles on it for a brand new 2011 Sienna with 12 miles on it. To say that Toyota went above and beyond is putting it mildly. I honestly don't feel any other dealership, be it Toyota or a competitor, would have gone to such lengths to satisfy a customer and retain a long standing customer. My partner and I had purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership, plus we had sent family to this dealership for their purchases. When I said I didn't think I would purchase from them again, they went into mach speed and high gear. The best dealership around!! Thank you David Bertoncini (VIP manager) and Autoway Toyota. You have maintained the standards I have come to expect, and then some!! More
I went to Autoway Toyota to correct a problem with my 2006 Avalon. The problem was not the fault of the manufacturer or the dealer, however, the Sales manager, David Bertoncini solved my problem at no c 2006 Avalon. He went way beyond what should be expected in such a situation. I highly recommend Autoway Toyota, and commend David Bettoncini for his outstanding customer service. More
I spent $1500 for service including repair of oil leaks on a 2000 Corolla for my daughter and 2 weeks later the engine seized up due to lack of oil. Now the cars engine must be replaced. My daughter had on a 2000 Corolla for my daughter and 2 weeks later the engine seized up due to lack of oil. Now the cars engine must be replaced. My daughter had been driving this car for six years. They must have either created new leaks or failed to fix the ones they claimed to repair, in order for all the oil to have leaked out in such a short period of time. More
