I have no problem with the dealship's service. My issue is with these emails. I want to know why you feel you have to raise false alarms regarding someone's brakes about to fail when the invoice states no is with these emails. I could have waited four more months when my next service was scheduled. I'm not very happy about this. More

Had an issue with my W W Pump. Dropped at service and 2-3 hours later they had replaced WW Pump under warranty. Had a AC sanitizing service done . It did not live up to ecpecration. Had fresh smell day of service but none next day. Maybe this is to be expected, don't know. Alittle disappointing ecpecration. I was charged for a "sanitizing" which was a joke! I couldn't tell that anything was done. My customer advisor also told me on the phone that she would notify the shuttle service to come pick me up (af couldn't tell that anything was done. My customer advisor also told me on the phone that she would notify the shuttle service to come pick me up (after letting me know my car was ready). Some 40 minutes later, I called the shop to find out that no shuttle had been ordered! This was irritating. Luckily, they were able to locate a Lyft vehicle, but still--the principal of the matter was quite puzzling. More
