Sorry, I don't remember. It was a lady. Problem, the door alarm beeper now just sounds continuously. Very annoying. Also the "reset ENTUNE is constantly on my dash. I have tried with no success to reset this. Again, Annoying.

Had my car for 2 days. Got it back and the tire light was still on. Replace the air intake hose and car still drives funny. Poor communication with status. I will never use them again. More
