Courteous efficient service. On this trip though the price for service was extreme. I did not have the work done. Usually this dealership is priced reasonably. price for service was extreme. I did not have the work done. Usually this dealership is priced reasonably. More

It is just one continuous blaring horn, and the Entune reset notice. Neither will go away. Can someone contact me please? More

Overall my experience was poor. In late spring I made an appointment to have my car diagnosed because it was having AC issues. After being given the run around and not having my car for a day, I was told my appointment to have my car diagnosed because it was having AC issues. After being given the run around and not having my car for a day, I was told my AC would be fixed. Fast forward two weeks and not having a car for a week; my car was fixed-ish. The air was blowing but not cold. After contacting the manager and leaving 4 different messages, the AC went out completely in Aug. So I scheduled an appointment to have it diagnosed, only to be told when I got there that the techs didn’t work during the evenings so I would need to bring my car back on a the following Saturday, they said the car would be diagnosed and the AC recharged so it would work. Not surprisingly on Saturday evening my car was diagnosed but there AC couldn’t be charged so I was given a car with no AC on a day it was 98 degrees. When I asked for a rental car, I was told that it was too late, the rental car company was closed so I was out of luck until later in your week. I pointed out that had my car been diagnosed during the week as scheduled, the rental car company would have been open and available so I didn’t have to Uber to work. I was then told by a manager how terrible the customer service line was due to the call center being outsourced. I even attempted to contact customer service in regards to the issues I was having via chat. I was told someone would be in contact about my experience. I’m still waiting for that I eventually received my car back and just as before the AC worked great the first day then within the week it isn’t blowing as cold again. Aside from the poor planning and communication within the service department, each time I’ve been there I’ve been told they don’t have certified Subaru techs. I understand that it’s a Toyota dealer but they are the ones that sold me my warranty. IF they didn’t have people qualified to work on my car, why did they offer the warranty to begin with? All in all this is the second car I’ve purchased from AutoNation Pinellas Park and I will not be back to purchase another which is unfortunate because I am a loyal customer that recommends good service to other military families within the community. The one positive person throughout the last week of my months long journey was Christie, my service coordinator. She was thrown to the wolves when my first service coordinator bailed. She was the only one that consistently communicated and followed through. If she were in charge, things may run more effectively and efficiently. More
Paul Hildebrand was great. The technician was not. I had to return the car the next after it was at the dealership for 4 days. The leak was fix but the seatbelt on the drivers side did not work properly. I to return the car the next after it was at the dealership for 4 days. The leak was fix but the seatbelt on the drivers side did not work properly. I brought the vehicle back on Saturday morning and Paul checked the seatbelt and said it was not working right and drove it back to the service area.. About 30 minutes Paul brought the vehicle back and said it was related the fixing the leak and apologized for having to bring the vehicle back. On Monday I opened the back tailgate door and there as a cracking sound coming from the the driver side roof rail. I looked and noticed a small plastic piece sticking up in the air. I looked closer and it appeared the piece sticking up was from the rear of the roof rail. I looked on the passenger side rear area of the roof rail and the piece was completely missing. I now have to take the vehicle back a third time to get this issue fixed. I am not happy with the service technician who worked on our vehicle. We have never experienced this type of service from AutoNation Pinellas Park. John More
Your valets are terrible. Upon entry to your garage I was yelled at to “drive up”. Normally, your service advisor greets car, takes mileage, and drives auto into garage. Four hour wait when I was told 1.5 ho yelled at to “drive up”. Normally, your service advisor greets car, takes mileage, and drives auto into garage. Four hour wait when I was told 1.5 hours. Initially charged for tire rotation when tires bought from you. Great service advisor, tho - John worth his weight in good! More
