Every time I go I think I'll give it another try. I will not again! Appointments mean nothing. I have 2016 with 21,000 miles. I am a diabetic and have to schedule my meals. Nothing in machines but junk. I agreed to more work and was told it would done by 4pm. At 4:15pm I began to shake. I found my "advisor" and she was checking in other people but assured me my car was ready and she'd be right with me. At 4:30pm I went to register she said she couldn't help a man offered to help and got my slip. I then tried to buy a year's worth of service, the cashier said it was above her paid grade and I had to speak to my "advisor". By the time I left I felt harassed, lied too and desperate for a healthy meal. No customer service. More
