The maintenance Rep (Hope) was excellent...efficient and knowledgeable. She knew how to do her job and she did it well. Very Happy with the service. Just moved to the area so this was my first time in. At first, it was very disorganized when I pulled into the service lane. It took quite some time for anyone to even greet me and ask if I needed assistan first, it was very disorganized when I pulled into the service lane. It took quite some time for anyone to even greet me and ask if I needed assistance. I did have an appt. that I had made online the day before. Once someone finally greeted me, they took some time to look in the system and figure out what advisor I was assigned to. Once we got to this part of the process, things went smoother as my advisor, Raquel, did an amazing job getting me updated on my current service that was due and everything it entailed. She also kept me updated throughout the service on timing. I would suggest a revamp of the intake process and customer service training for the frontline employees as it was disappointing until I met Raquel. I'd be happy to consult on how to take care of your customers upon arrival. More
