Dear Sir, Wanted to Thank your Service Manager Matt Gordon. He was very professional and answering my questions. I received notice my Toyota Prius was recalled and to bring it in to get fixed right Gordon. He was very professional and answering my questions. I received notice my Toyota Prius was recalled and to bring it in to get fixed right away, it under warranty and was no charge. I received a call that my side light marker bulbs were bad and my sway links boots were torn. The total cost was over $850.00. I almost had a heart attack and was not very happy and thought I was being taken advantage of. Matt sat me down, and explain everything to me, why it had to be done. I felt like I could trust him, and he made me feel comfortable about the whole thing. He took the time for me and appreciate that.
