I called to set up an appt. I requested I be called back to check my warranty. The rep returned my call, but I was shopping and couldn't give her my vin no. She said she'd ca I requested I be called back to check my warranty. The rep returned my call, but I was shopping and couldn't give her my vin no. She said she'd call me back. No call. I cancelled my appt. and requested a new rep. to call me about the warranty. Again, no call. Who be does this? I've never used this dealership. It was my first experience. I did go in for my rescheduled time. More

There is always the convenience of having a courtesy ride back to work, then a ride back to the dealership. You all are great! Keep up the great work ethics!
