Always liked the dealership until I was told after an oil change I needed front and back breaks to an amount of $500. Went to a independent service garage and was told my breaks were fine. Actually the next change I needed front and back breaks to an amount of $500. Went to a independent service garage and was told my breaks were fine. Actually the next oil change it was stated my brakes were fine. I had the oil change package. Just used my last one and probably last time I will be visiting them. Service tech this last time not friendly said he had a long day. Was aware of the fake brake issue so he really didn't have time for me. Never expected this from this dealership and now hounding me to trade in or sell them my car. More

She is professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and to top it off, a really nice person. Additionally, the visit for repairs was well coordinated and on time. The facility is clean and customer-friendly. Each representative I met or spoke to was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am not a fan of sitting and waiting for auto repair! But, this visit made such an event a pleasant experience! More

Mr, Colin Mackiewicz never call as promised about my concern of my complaint of someone going through my personal compartment, center console in my 2019 Tundra. The recall for the high beam wiring harne concern of my complaint of someone going through my personal compartment, center console in my 2019 Tundra. The recall for the high beam wiring harness replacement. I had a device that would warn me if any of my personal compartments were open for any reason and one of them was! My dash cam recorded Jason the service tech who performed the work. Grease all over my door,center console and all over the front bumper area where the work was performed.
