I have had Toyota for years . My family and I all buy cars from here and after the experience I had 12/08/23 NEVER AGAIN!! This place has gone downhill !!! Recently took my 2015 Toyota Avalon for an oil change to Auto Nation Toyota, Pinellas Park. As always, I ask them to please clean up the oil pan, drain plug and cartridge area afterwards. This is the fifth time this has happened since I purchased the car from Auto Nation Toyota. How hard can it be to run a rag over the oil change area underneath the car? I asked the service representative (Justin) if the cleanup had been done and he assured me it had. I noticed on my bill there was a $9 charge for misc. shop items and rags! Obviously, management does not care and will ignore this review like previous reviews. Professionalism severely lacking. More
