Took over 2 hours for a scheduled tire rotation. Also was told they recommended over $800 of work that I had done previously that they should of been able to see through Toyota records. The dealership has gone down. The customer service is not like it used to be. His response was " THATS GOING TO TAKE A LONG TIME"! I explained to him that I was okay with that because it needed bto be done.
