Yesterday's service rep, Gary, was not up to your normal high standards. He demonstrated no interest in being attentive to the customer and providing good service. He made things convenient for himself not me, the customer. Though the waitng area is just 20 - 30 feet from his desk he communicated by text only. He sent a text at 3:16 that my vehicle was ready to go. For some reason I did not get the text until 3:48. It is stupefuying to me that after a couple minutes of me not responding to his text he did not walk the 20 - 30 steps necessary to inform me my car was ready. It is possible he came during the couple minutes I was in the restroom but if he did come and not find me I would think he might have considered the possibility I was in the restroom and come back again in a few minutes to let me know my car was ready. Time is valuable and the apparent lazinesss of the service rep caused me to waste a half hour of time sitting in your waiting area when my car was ready to go. More
The visit started out kind of "rocky". I was very disappointed with the lack of communication for the long delay to get the car back. If i had to rate your service up to that point it wo I was very disappointed with the lack of communication for the long delay to get the car back. If i had to rate your service up to that point it would've been a one star. However Colin Macklewicz came to the rescue and that made all the difference. He's a credit to Toyota and the image we expect. (he saved the day) so I'm happy to give you five stars and will return because of his action. More
