I was offered a free oil change and tire rotation. I accepted and made an appointment. It took almost 4 hours. I watched people who came in after me leave before me. Service advisor checked me in bu I accepted and made an appointment. It took almost 4 hours. I watched people who came in after me leave before me. Service advisor checked me in but had no contact with me and another service advisor gave me my keys. No receipt to even show anything was checked. Went in for an out change with an appointment and they told me it would be at least 3 hours before they could get my car done because they overbooked. Rescheduled and came back another day where the oil c told me it would be at least 3 hours before they could get my car done because they overbooked. All you have to do is pull up and one of the guys come out to you and say how can we help you. They are always nice and friendly. The part I don't like is the wait time they tell you a time but the out to you and say how can we help you. They are always nice and friendly.
