I've been going to this dealership for 8+ years now. I've bought all my vehicles from them and only get my service done there. I had a nail in my tire, so I knew it had to be replaced. I approved the price and they proceeded to replace the tire. WHY THEN were my lights moved off ‘auto’ my wipers moved off ‘auto’ my fan turned I approved the price and they proceeded to replace the tire. WHY THEN were my lights moved off ‘auto’ my wipers moved off ‘auto’ my fan turned to high and my dashboard info turned off? This happened the last time I had service and I complained to the service mgr. He assured me that my account would be so marked. I guess I have to write a big note and attach it to the dash and never leave until everything is back to my settings. It took three and a half hours to do this job.
