It is unacceptable that I have to wait over two hours for a scheduled maintenance review... no tire rotation, no oil change. Vicente, the service manager responsible for this major repair work kept us informed with frequent updates and replied immediately when we had questions. Check out was a breeze. No hidden charges. Car was ready when promised, and we got an exceptional guarantee on the labor performed. Now let's get some more cars on the lot, fellas!!!! More
