I had my 2019 Toyota Camry towed in for service because of a check engine light and misfiring I was greeted my one of the service advisors by the name of Christie Marin I told her what happen and she said of a check engine light and misfiring I was greeted my one of the service advisors by the name of Christie Marin I told her what happen and she said not a problem we’ll get it in and looked at one day later she calls me for an update and said that it was bad fuel that got into the system that cause the check engine light to come on she rest assured me that there was nothing else wrong with the car and it was ready for pick up I was so impressed on how everything went that I will definitely will be going back to Christie and will be recommending others to go see her. More
The only time this place was okay was buying the car ,ypur warranty is terrible , you did not change my oil the first 6 months i had the car because you think we should waot a year or 10k miles , so i h ,ypur warranty is terrible , you did not change my oil the first 6 months i had the car because you think we should waot a year or 10k miles , so i had to go to a mechanic and pay for it myself which is not okay.then after the warranty was over i wanted a price check on basic stuff like oil changes wheel alignments to see if your worth stayi g after warranty, i never get callbacks , ypur service people ne er answer there phones or call back after leaving a messege.You guys have failed every way possible to keep me , maybe one day you will fix the problem but i will buy my newcar from a more caring company , good luck and have a happy holidays , Dean Conforti More
I went to have my brakes done. It took 8.5 hours . My service provider Justin did not communicate at all. I had to keep asking others for help. They didn't have the parts for my r It took 8.5 hours . My service provider Justin did not communicate at all. I had to keep asking others for help. They didn't have the parts for my rear brakes even though I requested the appointment 6 days ahead. I am looking at my receipt and it appears I was charged for rental even though my husband had paid. I went to get appointment for rear brakes as I have to go back. No answer and on line there are multiple "refused" services that no one even told me about. This is absolutely the worst service experience of my life. More
At purchase you are told 6 free oil changes, there should not be a problem on oil change cost when your checking out. You should not be a 2 year limit on oil changes.
