I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. After purchasing a vehicle, I began experiencing serious issues almost immediately, and the car is currently sitting in their service dep dealership. Despite multiple attempts to get a clear resolution, I’ve received poor communication, delays, and no meaningful accountability regarding the condition of the vehicle they sold me. What’s most frustrating is not just the mechanical issue itself, but the lack of customer service after the sale was completed. A reputable dealership should stand behind the vehicles they sell and work with customers toward a fair resolution instead of avoiding responsibility. At this point, I cannot recommend buying a vehicle from here based on my experience. I hope management steps in and resolves this situation properly. More
