From the customer service all the way through the quality of work they do to my car, I am grateful for what they place to be to get my car serviced. While waiting in the waiting area for my car to be serviced, I do not mind waiting due to their comfortable chairs, tv channel selections, and their tasty cafe options. Actually turning over our vehicle to a dealership […for service] is difficult for me. However, there’s plenty of stuff I just CAN’T DO, anymore. And, our 2007 Tacoma — purchased NEW — has been such a good, dependable vehicle, it doesn’t “owe us anything.” In other words: our being able to rely on factory-experienced/informed mechanics when we DO have a problem, definitely ‘counts for something;’ and is worth the expense. Along the way to resolution of our difficulty, Service Lane Manager Paul Kim [who has ably helped us, in the past] was instrumental in communicating our concerns to the hands-on people, out in the service bays. Paul [as before] was courteous, attentive, and accommodating. The work we needed done was finished expediently…for which, we thank Paul and the AutoNation, Mall of Georgia service technicians. -W.B.
