I take my Sienna in for all routine maintenance. The last couple of times, I expressed concern re my brakes vibrating. Both times I was told nothing appeared to be wrong but to contact them if it continued. couple of times, I expressed concern re my brakes vibrating. Appointment was for 7:30. I waited almost two hours until I was told the rotors needed to be resurfaced. Not sure why this wasn’t addressed at the last appointment and also why there was a two hour wait until they advised what was wrong and started working on it. More
